Square trade delivered on the replacement but you have to pay an additional $29 fee to get your money back. In total it cost an average of $65 for your warranty to pay you back for your item. I think they should drop the extra fee and charge the money up front but only $45 average would be plenty and still reasonable price.
It was stupid in that the process wasted my time only to be emailed instructions to factory reset my phone or delete apps (the same apps I’ve had on my iPhone since Moby **** was a minnow...I’m 40, not 4...apps shmaps.) one by one because that’s what is causing the issues. Factory reset-no problem, done. Deleting apps one by one- never going to happen. I would rather revert back to using smoke signals as a main form of communication! Had a printer almost 2 years old that died. They reviewed purchase date, receipt, and made a cash settlement that covered all original cost. They said I did not have to return printer. Received check in 4 days. Bought another warranty on new printer from Square Trade and will use wherever I can in future.
if you want to be without your TV for a month buy this warranty
My printer was supposed to be repaired, and a technician was supposed to call me within one day, but that never happened.
My son had two binders for his school work and chrome book that fell apart after one year. I submitted both claims via email. Response within the hour, reimbursement checks arrived within a few days. I will always get the square trade insurance when it is offered for purchases products.
refund was handled promptly after claim was filed. however I was not given the full amount of the original purchase price. I was told because I was given their fair market value and the product was used. this product was new when I purchased it I feel since they had the original receipt for this product I should have been given the full purchase price.
Didn't insure the handle on my speaker.
TV was flickering on and off. They replaced parts and issue was not resolved so tech said it much be the HDMI cable, so I asked them if they had another HDMI cable to see if that was really the issue, they said "No". How can you have a van full of parts and tools to fix a TV and not have a simple HDMI cable??? So of course they left, I went and got a new HDMI cable only to discover that made no difference, so now I have to wait to see what they will do next!
