Idk why but everytime when I do a claim on my controller it's says it's under manufacture warranty but it's not so I have to call in everytime but the customer service is great and got my situation resolved

Our just about three-year-old TV just failed. We had the Allstate Protection plan, so I reached out to them. Now, I save serial numbers, box corners and receipts, so it was easy to complete their forms. Yet, if I hadn't had some of those receipts, the Allstate rep said they would have still helped me. They tried some remote tech tips in case the TV was just my operator error- but quickly decided it wasn't me. When I got my check for $499.99 last 03/25/25, I inadvertently made a mistake of cutting the lower portion of the check w/c prevented me from putting it in the ATM machine of Wells Fargo. I went to the bank and was told to call Allstate and request a replacement check. The agent immediately took all the information and WOW after 15 minutes problem solved. He even said no need to return the check. I haven't received the replacement check yet as of this writing but I'm sure it will arrive either today or tomorrow. I'm thankful... read more
