Allstate/SquareTrade did ultimately give me the support I needed for a problem with an appliance, but it took a LOT of effort and follow-up on my part. Many promises of a 1 day turnaround that never happened. Was not able to find someone to come fix my issue, but ultimately paid for a replacement. I still have not received my payment yet after 2 months since originally filing the issue. Hoping the check comes soon.
The protection plan was easy and efficient to get my computer repaired and returned to me.

Broke down in Dec. 23 finally resolved in January 25. Yes, that's a full year. I'm only satisfied because I finally received a check for the cost of the washer after the spent enough money to put together two brand new washers in parts!
