"Hello, my TV needed to be repaired and Square Trade team identified parts for the repair. Unfortunately, only 1 of 2 parts needed was shipped and the part that was shipped was the wrong part. Thereafter, I received no contact from Square Trade to let me know new schedule for parts to be shipped out and the repair completed. I had to contact them to find out on my own. "

"Basically the score is so low because it 2 weeks from start to finish to receive a suitable replacement. I didn't have a very common phone, and it's fix-ability score was incredibly low, so I knew it wouldn't be able to be fixed. The best possible experience would have been to have been sent the device I was finally given with a hold for the cost of the phone plus the deductible amount and to send back the broken device and have the hold of the cost of the phone lifted from my card.
