"I got the extended warranty because I had heard of some concerns with my product. I ended up having to get it replaced once under manufacturers warranty. Then 9 mos later it had the same problems. I was initially denied but after a little bit of pressure and a lot of explaining I got SquareTrade to honor the warranty. I was able to get a new replacement that seems like it will not have the original products problems. "
