Overpriced for "claim processing". It should be already covered when I got the 2-year warranty!
MY original TV stopped working and I called SquareTrade and they tested it and decided that it needed to be replaced. I was VERY happy! I was sent a new Samsung TV and and hooked it up and it seemed to work fine. I COULD NOT get any other things to work on it properly, such as Netflix or Hulu. I also noticed that I was NOT sent a 4K model but one of the cheaper Samsungs even though the original set was top of the line. Now I am NOT VERY HAPPY with SquareTrade.

"I had a broken lens. They sold me to send to a repair depot. I sent it away (my expense) only to learn that repair costs were double the price of a new lens. They shipped it back and slapped me with a $50 estimate fee. SquareTrade refused to pay. So let's get this straight....I follow their instructions completely and was left out of pocket $50.
