"i filed a claim in accordannce with the terms. they told me to get my phone repaired and they would reimberse me. when i submitted the documents they had a million reasons not to pay. none of them valid. what a scam "

"If I could give them a rating of 0 I absolutely would. The experience was horrible. I filed a claim and received two different boxes. I picked one and sent my computer in. After I received the email that said that they had received my item I received no other notifications about anything. I gave them over 5 business days to tell me anything about my laptop and when I called they told me that they had no idea where my laptop was. "First I had to call multiple times and was continuously told the problem would be fixed by simply resetting the phone. Finally 1 person allowed me to get my phone replaced, and was supposed to call me back but didn't. So I called again and got my replacement phone. The phone had battery problems, and does not hold a charge for even 1 day, I haven't donwloaded any apps, or used it and the battery drains very quickly. I do NOT recommend this company."

"Square Trade Go tech never showed up for appointment after he rescheduled for another date. No call or text. Called SquareTrade and they tell me to go to Apple. Why have your insurance then? Already lost 3 days messing with your repair tech. Site promises 2 day repair / replace guarantee . Does not mean anything to them. Tried communicating with the company but your are stuck with someone speaking broken English. Not a big problem if they are helpful, but alas they are not. "I purchased an unlocked Samsung Note 4 from Ebay a year and a half ago. Square Trade popped up as a warrantee option. I signed up. Last Fall, my phone started malfunctioning (ATT Service). I took it to a store and they determined that my "proximity sensor" was faulty. This means that, after you dial and put the phone to your ear, the screen goes blank to save battery power. "Based on internet reviews, I insured my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone with Square Trade. When I phone broke, I had to mail it to them and some random repair outfit emailed me and not Square Trade. Since that email went to my spam over the weekend and the ST site did not have that update, I didn't get to know about that email until after. After that the repair people took two days (and that after me calling repeatedly). Finally after several aggressive calls - and about a week later - I am getting a replacement phone.
