"I contacted SquareTrade for a warranty repair for my computer. After providing the receipt, etc., they sent me a box to send the computer to them. I sent my computer in for repair and received a confirmation email on July 26th, 2017 that they received it. Only July 28th, 2017, I received another email that it had been repaired, along with a FedEx tracking number. "Repair scheduled for 8/2/17 between 8am and 12. I received the parts on the morning of 8/1/2017. The repairman (Daniel) said he could be out between 6-8pm on 8/1. No show and no call. I missed dinner with my grandkids because I chose to wait for Daniel. On the day of my repair no call no show. Rescheduled for 8/4. Still waiting. Scheduled between 8-10am. This is a very disappointing experience. "

"Offered one product ok-ed the product after research. Later reached and told i could no longer get what ideas offered. Was then offered a horrible brand which i was adamant that I could not accept. And finally was offered something equivalent to my original time. So now waiting for delivery"

" Square trade never give you any problems when dealing with more into exchanges or replacement phones. Not like AppleCare which really makes you go through a lot before they decide to give you a replacement "
"I live in a remote area and FedEx Express was unable to schedule a pickup for my phone to be repaired. Squaretrade was unable to do FedEx ground or UPS as those are more convenient in my area. The representative was unable to assist me further and my phone was never repaired or replaced and I've paid for almost a year. I couldn't get a shipping label for USPS...what a ripoff. "

"The person hat helped us was very nice and went through a lot of tests with our current remote to determine that it was broken and needed to be replaced. What I was disappointed about was the fact that Square Trade could not replace the bad remote. We had to find our own source for replacement. We did find a remote through Amazon. Upon receiving the replacement remote, we found that it did not come complete and would not work. "I purchased a two year warranty policy purchased on 7/30/2015. My confirmation email was at 8:54 am and states coverage to start 7/31/2015 and end on 7/31/17. I have never received any reminder emails from them about renewing. I tried to renew online but it didn't recognize my policy number. So I called about 15 minutes ago (7/31/2017 11:34 am) and they say my warranty already expired because of the TIME IT STARTED and they won't renew my policy.
