"It took me 3+ weeks of multiple phone calls and pictures. When repair man came it took only a couple of minutes to realized tv need to be replace???? I spent hours on phone trying to reach correct person. One time representative gave me wrong phone number and job number on email was incorrect. "

"My phone is failing with multiple problems. I filed a claim on the website. I received the phone call and was told where to get it fixed. The repair person felt that it could not be fixed completely and would be well over the cost of the phone to fix what could be fixed.
