"Square Trade performed troubleshooting by phone with my TV and concluded that it could not be repaired. I received an email stating I would receive the reimbursement for the cost of my TV with 4-7 Business days. To my surprise, several days later I received a reimbursement check for the cost of my TV. I was shocked that I had my TV almost 2 years and I was reimbursed the cost of my TV which means I was only out of the warranty price and the taxes."

"I purchased a gift added insurance to the item and sent it to a person. Shortly the person called to tell me the item would not work. I called this in th Square trade, explained the item was a gift, the representative changed my account address, to my friend's address. Made a check to me, but sent my check to the gift persons address. Amazingly I called this error in to Square Trade, reported they had removed my address on my account and enter the gift persons address. "I've got to be honest I gave you 5 stars but each time your customer service representative said that you were going to be paying out I got an email asking for the soundbar to be returned. I explained that I could not do it physically. And this went on and onperiod I didn't want to hurt your rating but honestly you shouldn't get a five star."

"Broke the screen on new $800 fone. Without Square Trade the repair cost for new screen would've cost me over $400 Plus $60 labor. Thankfully since I was insured thru them, I only had to pay a $100 deductable for the total repair cost. Got my fone back same day and Square Trade sent me a check for reimbursement within 5 days!! Right on!!"
"I purchased a SquareTrade warranty for my beats headphones. Simple enough- if they break, or something goes wrong they will be covered right? WRONG. First of all it will become your job just to get someone on the phone who is willing to help you; then you will have to jump through 3,4,5 hoops just to get them to agree to 'let you ship' your insured item to them. "Prepare to be on hold for a long time. They'll deny coverage and try to refund you a prorated charge. If this happens to you at least talk to a manager to get a full refund. You need to be careful with this company. If you have technical issues and your plan covers adh and you have an issue with a part within the computer don't tell them about the issue and just pour water on it. I regret not doing that because this has been a monumental headache. "
