Th e insurance company made my ordeal tolerable. It's bad enough to have your property in my case my cellphone damaged but they made the process fairly easy and I thank them for that. When you're elderly things like this are very confusing. I'm just thankful that I have insurance with who I have.

A couple of days before calling Allstate I’d had a bad fall … actually a face plant with my glasses on … suffered a concussion, and was airlifted to the hospital in another town.
