Scooter died warranty honored now getting a refund since you couldn't find scooter replacement.
It was extremely upsetting to find that our expensive two-year-old refrigerator/freezer was malfunctioning, and that we had lost all of our food, but when I contacted Allstate/Square Trade I was very well treated, and the service was fast. Because I had a few problems with the online site, I was directed to a call center, where I was given excellent assistance throughout the process. Carlos was great. He knows his job & does it well. He was always at my house very close to his time he gave me. He was very polite and very professional. He found three parts that were bad on my washing machine and it operating like it was new. Thank you Carlos for all your hard work and patience.
It was very easy to file a claim, check on it, and we got the payment quickly.
My coffee mKer quit working and you couldn't replace it, so you sent me a check.
Had extended warranty on Equate waterpic. It quit working and was able to get my money back quickly.
