Easy process and quick payment on claim though payment amount was short/less than expected. Two reciepts were submitted because I'd upgraded lenses after initial purchase from Sams Club since the originals were thicker and heavier than expected based on optical sales persons description and advice. This upgrade resulted in two reciepts making it more confusing for claims dept. If I recall, the claims specialist just paid the lesser amount after deductible on the original reciept.
