The Protection Plans went smoothly and cordially with out any problems. They responded to our claim and processed the issue efficiently.
Easy to navigate although there were a few unlisted categories and damage on the item, thorough question and answer during my claim on previous item which makes me confident about purchasing another coverage
Excellent and speedy repair and refund. Service was professional and friendly. The service tech explained exactly what the problem was and how it would be fixed. The refund process was super easy, and the funds were issued without question and very quickly.
