My shark vacuum stopped working. I had paid for an additional 2 year warranty from Allstate. I contacted them. They issued a shipping label and I sent it back. Not only did they fix the problem,but they cleaned and bubble wrapped the entire vacuum and shipped it back to me. I am impressed!
So easy to go through the steps to get my item refunded. The item could not be fixed so I was refunded the value of my item. Great company and I will purchase it again for other items. Thank you.
My experience was a lot faster and better than expected. Had always avoided using purchased protection plans to avoid the hassle but there is no hassle at all.

My treadmill was still under the manufacture's warranty but the manufacture could not be located so Allstate covered most of the cost of the treadmill even though I am not sure they were legally obligated to do so.
They took care of the problem without a hassle I'm very satisfied thank you very much
