I dropped my Apple Watch and cracked the screen! I contacted them they sent me a shipping label, I sent my watch off a had it back within a couple of days!!! Fast and great service! I would highly recommend to friends!!!
Easy fast and friendly experience
I had my main tv go out and of course drove straight to the store for a new one. While registering my new protection plan for the new tv, I found out I had a policy on the old one. Wow, how dumb am I? Well I called in for help and could not ask for a better experience. The very nice lady walked me through the process, and determined they would try to fix the old one. The protection plan has proved to be very valuable. Fitbit band has broken twice. Alstate has covered both claims.

Operator instructed me to try reset and diagnose problem. Verified that TV would not power up. Submitted claim for replacement. Just waiting for the arrival of the replacement.

Everyone was very helpful. The process was quick and easy. The only downside was having to repeat the same information many many times over. Aside from that everyone was helpful and the turnaround time was stellar.
