I paid $950 for a Samsung TV four years ago at Costco with the All State plan. I started having issues with the picture quality. I called All State they were great. I received a refund to purchase a new TV within 4 days. EXCELLENT plan
When Chinese company would not back their product Allstate extended warranty covered my loss. I highly recommend them.

It was excellent. they came to evaluate the noisy refrigerator. When it was determined that they could not FIX the unit; they agreed to refund the cost of the unit. We have received the check and will decide what to do next. They said they cannot refund the price of the protection plan. We are very satisfied with the protection plan and it's conclusion.
It was Wonderful! I called and they provided me with a return shipping label, took of our product (PS5), and returned it. They answered any and all questions. One of the best customer service I have ever had.
