Recently, I was experiencing problems with my Asus laptop, which had an Allstate protection plan warranty. I called warranty customer service & after answering a few questions, they had emailed a FedEx shipping label & I was ready to print & ship. I was getting ready for international travel in two & thought that the laptop would be repaired after I had departed. The laptop was immediatedly repaired & returned prior to my trip. When buying a laptop protection warranty I highly recommend Allstate’s protection plan.
The process was extremely easy and trouble free. Keep up the good work!!!

My new Acer computer needed a new hard drive only a few months after I started using it. They were very prompt on getting me a check. Although I don't recommend anyone to buy an Acer computer!
