The burners on my gas grill rusted completely through. All I had to do was send an email and make a couple of phone calls. Very pleasant people to deal with. Was actually shocked when they refunded the entire purchase price of my grill. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Filed initial claim online. Set up for callback from customer service. Really liked their callback system that keeps you informed of how long the approximate remaining wait time is until you receive the call. Went through the diagnosis steps with the rep to verify that it was not a problem with settings. Rep sent email to get photos to show the problem. Replied to email with photos of problem. Bought warranty coverage on a cell phone. It quit working. SquareTrade came up with a solution that made us very happy.
Everything went well and seemed quick enough but there was no updates except we received the device...... we’re returning your device. Nothing major just irksome.
