It should not take more than two emails or more than three phone calls to get a process started. I purchased the appliance, with a warranty. Eight days is too long for a process that should take no more than 3.
For so many years I thought I had a good deal with Allstate....until I shopped around. I found a very good plan with a very good well know company for half the cost and double the coverage! Sorry I hadn't shopped around sooner......
My eyeglasses had a deep scratch. I had opted for the insurance when I purchased them. I contacted Allstate, my claim was approved AND I received credit for them in the same day! There’s no better customer service than that!! Thank you Allstate!

I put in a claim Nov. 30, 2023, about 15 minutes later I was notified it was approved. Then about 3 hours after that I was sent an email with my refund in the form of an eGift Card. As titled, "Easy as 1, 2, 3.
Easy to reach out and very fair settlement
I had to find my own repairman, pay for the repairs and then submit a receipt to them. I feel that should be included in the protection plan. Hassle free is what I paid for, not what I received.
