I had a fan completely quit on me. I had purchased the extended warranty. I filed a claim and it was fast and easy. I received a credit and I replaced my fan.

Repairs done as promised with paperwork showing what work was completed, as well as a detailed check list showing everything was working on the laptop before they returned it to me.
