Inspite of difficulty in indirect online correspondence and communication mechanism, the ultimate goal of getting proper attention was achieved in every attempt. The procedure is time consuming but rewarding and fruitful. Happy that both parties were satisfied with the outcomes.
My wearable fitness tracker was not holding a battery charge. I contacted Allstate and they promptly sent me a shipping label to send it to their service center. After determining, they were unable to fix the device. A brand new one showed up in the mail, one day and solved my problem!
