The follow up with customer service emails were great and timely. What I did not appreciate as the lack the correspondence once my replacement tv was to ship. I got a text message from Walmart but it put me on the landing page. No other information was provided. I received a 2nd text, again no info. I never received an email with tracking from customer service. Luckily, I was home when the tv was delivered, and it wasn't left out in the weather. Yes, I would buy another warranty, but only for a large ticket item.
Thankful the electrical cord was part of the warranty. My dog chewed it. We plan on not keeping it out unless we have visitors at the house.

I purchased a protection plan for a pair of Bose headphones and prior to the warranty expiration, they stopped charging adequately and quickly lost their charge. I filed a claim and within a week my claim was resolved and they sent me a new pair.
I had an issue with an item I purchased and contacted All-State. The customer service was exceptional, clearly being very customer-focused, the person answered all my questions and concerns and processed the claim immediately. Going forward, if available, I will always choose coverage with All-State if available, as it gives peace of mind should anything happen.
