My pc was repaired in record time and returned to me. Only had a problem with Windows 10, but was helped in getting this fixed also.
Service was fast but laptop was not wrapped at all. Just flapping around. Really, no padding? Need to do better

My cellphone would not turn on so I contacted Square Trade about the insurance I purchased. They told me to go to a local cellphone repair business here in Port Charlotte, Florida. I went back in 5 hours and it was fixed and working. I really appreciate working with Square Trade in getting my problem fixed so fast.

It is my own fault that it took so long to figure out from the Amazon.com site, how to "file a claim." I have purchased protection on most large dollar items that I saved to buy, and could not easily replace if it 'breaks.' What a great experience. TV was 4-1/2 years old when it started developing a shadow in the middle of the screen. The warranty purchased through Square Trade was a 5 year warranty good for another year at the time. We called and explained the problem, and since it was during the Clovis-19 shutdown they did the troubleshooting over the phone. Once they determined it could not be fixed remotely they asked us to email pictures of the TV screen.
