I purchased a tv from Costco and bought the extended warranty. Our tv started to have problems and I made a claim with Allstate pursuant to the warranty. Within 2 days and some troubleshooting, we were advised by Allstate that our tv could not be repaired and we were to select a brand new tv comparable to the one we currently have.
