Great experience in getting my claim resolved! The man on the phone was super personable, nice and funny. The return package came within one day and I sent it out immediately. The 2 issues with the laptop were resolved within a few days and my son was back using his laptop a few days later. Thanks so much!
Got my check in three days.
I purchased a internet cable router from Amazon and was offered a very low priced 4 year warranty from Square Trade. Two years later the router quit working. Was expecting a long process to file a claim. Their customer service was easy and smooth. Five days later I received a check in the mail. Very happy with their service.
