Dog ate glasses, filed claim with receipt, got Sams credit for new frames.
I could not get the online service to report a claim to work. I finally used the chat feature. They were helpful somewhat and told me to call in but never provided a phone number to do it until I asked for one. It turned into a 4 day process which I think is way too long. It should be a one and done to make a claim if I had already sent in proof of purchase.
Very helpful. Solved my problem by refunding the money.
Bought some audio sunglasses on Ebay and added the 2 yr plan that was offered to me. 6 months in they stopped working, so I filed a claim. Initially, the claim was denied, because they believed that the manufacturers warranty should've covered the problem. I kept calm, checked on the manufacturers warranty, which had expired, called back to straighten it out. They asked me to send them the glasses for possible repair, free of charge. My experience was fast, easy and simple. My dryer couldn't be fixed so a gift card for a new one was issued to me promptly within just a few days. I had my new dryer within a week. I repurchased the same protection plan on my new dryer. Extremely satisfied.
Quick service and even faster turn around.
I purchased an extended warranty for a dehumidifier. It was the second dehumidifier I had purchased, both with extended warranties. I had to collect on the first dehumidifier because it only lasted two summers, (we live in Iowa so only used in the summer). I purchased the same brand again and it only lasted a little over one summer. I collected on it also, which went seamlessly. I'm so thankful I purchased the extended warranties for both. What I won't do is purchase another Midea dehumidifier.
