There was some confusion on Allstates side that makes it seem like all my info wasn’t together in one place. Once something was resolved, I was told I’d get an email but then that email would say to call in. That happened several times when the whole thing originally started as a chat. Could definitely benefit from having one avenue of communication instead of several different ones.
