I have used square trade for two years now and if I speak with the american representatives everything is always easy and taken care of thoroughly.

The check came in fast to buy a replacement product or new product if wanted and entering the claim was easy.

Claim process was much easier than expected, with almost all of it done online and easily understood. Claim was treated fairly without any issues. Repair was attempted and when it was determined that the tech couldn't repair the TV, the process to replace it was easy. Only thing I might have liked better is having the option to either choose a replacement (only current choice) or get a payout (which we would have used to upgrade on our own). Minor point, though.

My less than 4 year old plasma tv suddenly went out on Christmas Day, luckily I had purchased a Squaretrade warranty that hadn't expired yet. They sent me the replacement part after walking through a diagnosis with me. I was able to get the repair tech to come out a few days earlier than scheduled to repair tv and it has been working great ever since. Wish you could get a extended warranty on their warranties lol.

I called and talked to someone about the Xbox controller that wasn’t working. The gentleman looked up my information and we got everything taken care of quickly. Very satisfied!
