I completed a survey I received from SquareTrade and I gave a similar review however I included some issues that I had with the life of my battery after receiving my laptop back. I felt that my battery life had decreased upon its return to me. However now I wish that I could change that part of the review because in fact my battery is working just fine and the life is as it was before I sent it in. I am completely happy with the service that I received from SquareTrade. Thank you.
Easy to process warranty after submitting required paperwork; receipt copy; It was fast as receipt/invoice was saved in Amazon's account.

It was easy to file claim and response was fast. Claim settled in under 24 hours!
I had a 1720 Hard Drive Problem on my computer within 2 years and was able to get it resolved to my satisfaction. I am buying my next computer with SquareTrade to make sure it is protected as well. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the online claims process categories are limited and could be expanded to include other legitimate failure modes.
The process was fast. Phone service was great.
Very fast service and easy to deal with.
Agent was able to accomplish what manufacturers support agent could not. Samsung tv remote was not working and needed to be replaced according to Samsung agent. I contacted SquareTrade for a warranty replacement but instead got a guy who knew how to fix the problem. I did not have to get a new remote, no cost, no hassle.
