I need to send my laptop in to be fixed. SquareTrade said they would send a shipping box. But this was not correct information. They only sent me a shipping label. I have to provide my own box. All other services and help was good from the representative, just this misinformation was the only downside. I hope the box I choose and the packaging bubbles will protect my laptop. Great experience With the team.
i was convinced by the salesperson at staples that the insurance was really good and i agree to purchase it. a couple of years later, i noticed that the fake leather was starting to peal and the pneumatic chair wasn't holding its position. i contacted the insurance company answered a couple of questions, sent them two pictures and they said a check would be in the mail. it should be here in a day or two.

Square Trade told us our TV had a recall and sent us to LG for repair.
I copied a few transparencies with my Epson copier/printer/scanner and doing so left black marks on the roller I could not clean off. Square Trade sent me a mailing label without question and authorized free shipping. The printer is on its way back to me, having been fixed. It remains to be seen if it is fixed, but the service has been impressive. Free shipping all the way.
