I had my TV for 2 1/2 years. I truly thought I would never have to use the insurance. I even forgot I even had it until I started having issues with the tv and got my manual out. I was revived that I had purchased it. I received the best customer service and received a quick refund.
The experience was good. The agent and I tried to get my TV to work. After we couldn’t get it to work, they sent me a check to either get it fixed or buy another TV.
They processed my claim VERY fast and the communication was excellent.
After a rough start, the representative was prompt, courteous and accurate. The repair came off without a hitch.
I was very pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to reach out and get my $1,800 LG oled tv fixed after it went totally dead. The process to file the claim was easy to do and they had a repair technician to my home five days later after mailing a box of possible repair parts to me. And all of this at no cost to me. I will never buy another tv without getting the protection plan.

I text and let them know what happened sent tablet they fixed it and sent it back within 3 or 4 days
