I need to send my laptop in to be fixed. SquareTrade said they would send a shipping box. But this was not correct information. They only sent me a shipping label. I have to provide my own box. All other services and help was good from the representative, just this misinformation was the only downside. I hope the box I choose and the packaging bubbles will protect my laptop.
