My boyfriend breaks phones very easily so we pay the extra $10 every time now for the 2 year coverage, and it’s amazing!! Super quick and easy. About an hour after i dropped the broken phone off at fedex, I received the e-gift card and was able to get a new phone right away!! Highly recommended!
My Fitbit broke. I made a claim. SquareTrade sent me a shipping label. Within 5 days it was fixed and returned to me. I would/will recommend SquareTrade to friends and family.

I had the DORO but thought I wanted better, so ordered the ALCATEL. I am 86 so it was too much for me. My DORO was working so they told me to exchange the SIM card. My son showed me how to enlarge the print, and increase the volume, so now I am very happy. No cost to return the Alcatel
