Broke screen on phone. Totally went out instantly so I needed it fixed asap. Even in the corona shenanigans they made it happen check came fast. Went to repair shop close and had phone back in hours.
I’m very pleased with how quickly and efficiently my claim was handled. This was the first time I made a claim.
My 60” Samsung developed grey lines. I followed the instruction on starting a claim and it was easy. Within two weeks I had a newer model and at no charge. Best $60 I’ve ever spent. I’ll get another warranty with my next purchase.
It was really easy to get my TV replaced. They kept me informed on the shipment and delivery time. They texted me and let me know they would be delivering my TV withing a 25min window. Very impressed.

I found SquareTrade easy to contact and deal with. They made sending in my laptop easy and free. Their turnaround time on the repair was only a matter of days. My only reservation is that I wish they had provided a written explanation of the repair and the problem they found.
