If you are buying small or large appliances or any merchandises, especially with refabricated one, extended warranty is a must, and Square Trade is the One and THE ONLY ONE.

I sometimes shy away from extended warranties but decided to get one on my printer. It malfunctioned a couple months before the deadline and my insurance came through when I needed it most. Prompt and efficient best describes my dealings with Square Trade

I just fill out online.they answered right away.but I have to call the manufacture because the warranty still with them.

I have had to file a couple claims since I got my new Samsung Galaxy S8+. Each time the Square Trade representative was friendly, knowledgeable and provided prompt service and follow through. I am so glad I bought the extended warranty. I had my old Galaxy IV model for many years until the battery finally died. Never had an issue with it. So so glad I had the presence of mind to cover this new "super" model for a couple of years.

My armband for my Fitbit broke-again. The first time was within the first year that I owned the Fitbit, the second time was just outside of the one year mark. I purchased the protection plan because I have had problems with the Fitbit device separating from the wristband at the metal connection with several other previous Fitbits. Very happy with my experience with SquareTrade.
