We have had good service everytime we have to have someone out. heater was done to our satisfaction, after two visits, it has worked very well. The ice maker was replaced and doing very good.

The monthly price keeps going up. I just had it increase again so right now I am not very happy with American Home Shield. I have already started shopping around for another company with better rates.

AHS is always there. They will always send a technician, sometimes they're good sometimes not. If there is a problem with a technician AHS will try to resolve it but, they are not always on your side.

American Home shield Is good value There are no issues with quality and their vendors are trustworthy. Customer service is excellent however sometimes it takes too long to get things fixed.
