The plumber was prompt and efficient. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes
I like the insurance, but I have to wait to long to get an appointment. There is no one that can come out to get my fridge working. I had to by water and ice for a month. The work is not done yet.

I requested service on my H'VAC unit on 8/4/23, but so many things went wrong with the dispatched technician and my security company's analysis of whether the problem was with the HVAC unit or the thermostat, that my air was not fully restored until 8/25/23. However, AHS did their part.
