our last service call was for Air Conditioning during a local heat wave. Service was scheduled immediately - there were a couple of days until the service contractor could be on site. The service was scheduled for a two hour window on a Sunday. The Provider arrived at the start of the two hours, they trouble shot the problem immediately and had the parts replaced and the system running within the two hour window.
