I was able to email problem at 11:30PM. In the morning I had contact from the company to repair my a/c.
Customer service has been great however when I reported that the plumbing company assigned to me sent out a technician that wasn’t licensed (per his disclosure to me, he learned his skills on the job) and he cause water damage in my laundry room - nothing was done. My issue wasn’t fixed paid another reputable plumber to diagnose & fix my issue - they had the appropriate equipment to locate the blockage and fixed it without creating any water damage. Scheduled a technician quickly and when it was determined that the repair would cost as much as a replacement, they quickly sent replacement options and the new dryer was delivered and installed in about a week.
Easy reporting process, quick response from service provider advising of date and time to expect Technician. Technician arrived reviewed the problem and advised what was needed to repair and when the part arrived, advised of date and time repair would be done.
You did a great job. I was very pleased with the professionalism.
I have used 2 contractors that I totally trust. They were professional and thorough!! A plumber and an hvac one. Top notch
