AHS is great in assistance in providing professional contractors to make repairs in your home. Currently, I'm waiting repairs on my AC unit I was told by the technician someone would call about a replacement part on my 34 yr old air-conditioning unit, so far its been 3 days and I've made 2 calls to the company and no one has responded back to me. I'm not blaming AHS, I realize its hot which is usually when air-conditioning malfunctions. It's 85 degrees in my home and I'm a senior citizen how long do I need to wait ?

Use local vendors , ac people left something off that could of burnt down house

American Home Shield has great customer service. The only problem is that they don’t have all the up to date information with companies. There is a case where I requested AC service and it looked like the AC person fixed the issue but something was not quite right. I tried getting in contact with the company and feel like I got ghosted. When I tried to reach out to American Home Shield they were not able to get a hold of the company either. They were only able to email the AC company. To this day I still do not have an answe... read more
