American Home Shield has great customer service. The only problem is that they don’t have all the up to date information with companies. There is a case where I requested AC service and it looked like the AC person fixed the issue but something was not quite right. I tried getting in contact with the company and feel like I got ghosted. When I tried to reach out to American Home Shield they were not able to get a hold of the company either. American home shield handled my claim quickly. I had water damage due to a major storm. The company assigned showed up the next day . Glad I purchased this warranty.

I have been a subscriber to AHS for many years and have had numerous occasions to avail myself of their services. Ihave always found the contractors dispatched to resolve my problems to be prompt, respectful of my home, honest and trustworthy. I have experienced no issues. My only complaint with this past service call was the fact that after the problem with my air conditioning unit was fixed, it required 4 lbs. of freon at $185/lb.
