AHS is pretty much your only option. They can give you bad tech's as I am sure it's a bid but you can easily request someone else if they are not doing a good job.

I’ve been with American Homeshield for a decade and trust me, when I say it’s worth it. The price I pay a month is very much worth the piece of mind knowing if something break. AHS Is a phone call away and they have someone there in a day or 2.

American Home Shield replaced my entire Water Heater which I was assuming that I would have to pay more then the required fee for reporting a problem. Boy they surprised the hell out of me, Thank you AHS,

AHS is great in assistance in providing professional contractors to make repairs in your home. Currently, I'm waiting repairs on my AC unit I was told by the technician someone would call about a replacement part on my 34 yr old air-conditioning unit, so far its been 3 days and I've made 2 calls to the company and no one has responded back to me. I'm not blaming AHS, I realize its hot which is usually when air-conditioning malfunctions. It's 85 degrees in my home and I'm a senior citizen how long do I need to wait ?
