Douglas Mechanical did a great job with professional and fast service through American Hom shield. If I have an A/C issue they are smh preferred servicer. The manager Jessica in addition explained thing thouroughly and was very helpful with setting up the service.

They are usually fast to respond. Phone customer service is hard to use because they are hard to understand the the connection quality is poor.
