Easy to request a service but when it comes to receiving an invoice, there is a challenge. The service provider Circa Service can’t provide the invoice since I did not pay them directly for the job and American Home Shield keeps putting up barricades as to why they can’t provide me with an invoice. I have had 3 different answers from 3 different agents so far. Honestly at this point it’s getting a little frustrating. I’ve had an open project for over a month and haven’t heard anything from AHS or Whitney services which is the service that’s supposed to be fixing my A/C. We tried to take care of things before it got real hot, but it’s still not dealt with, nor has there been any communication, and it’s getting hot in my home with my family. Hoping to resolve this soon.
