I had a leak with the garbage disposal. Air Pro Master had been out twice. One was to fix the air conditioning and another was to fix the garbage disposal. The technicians that they sent out were absolutely phenomenal. They were clean. They were professional. They knew their business. They explained to me what they found. They were very helpful and assisted with my needs.
American Home Shield assigned Loyalty Home Services for a claim I had. They called me to let me know that they had gotten the request for the repair and that somebody would be out at a certain time. Somebody would call to let me know that they were on the way and everything was followed through. A gentleman then came out. I had problems with my outside faucets as both of them were leaking. When I had a plumbing issue, the first group that American Home Shield sent out was Nussbaumer Plumbers and they were awful. I wrote a report back to let them know and also voiced out that they can't come back in my house. I called AHS and asked if I could have a second opinion. There was no issue whatsoever and they handled it perfectly. They got J & A out, who fixed our problem in 15 minutes. They were wonderful.We have two homes and we have AHS on both homes.
