My experience with American Home Shield has been excellent. Yes, one summer my air conditioning went out, and although the first company to diagnose and replace the unit did not provide the correct unit. Suffice it to say, it was a long summer, and AHS stood behind its warranty and my unit was replaced. With all other calls, I have found the contractors to be knowledgeable, professional and solve the issues. I would not be without AHS.

I had two great contractors and they quick resolved the matter when there was not a good experience with the other contractors.

The service of locksmith was great but the English of the American Home agent spoke was very difficult to understand.
Some issues are resolved quickly; but some more difficult issues are seldom resolved quickly and efficiently.
