They have always assisted me and have work with me on my claims and the companies they have sent out to repair have been top notch. Only have things that are not covered in the plans.
My AC wouldn't turn on so I went online and I submitted a claim with AHS. I paid my $100 deductible and the guy came and fixed it. He was beyond incredible and everything's working fine. The only thing is, I wouldn't say it's a complaint, that sometimes it's hard to speak with an actual person if I have an issue instead of just filling out a claim.
Submitting a claim online to American Home Shield for my microwave issue was easy. There is a period though in the process where I sit in limbo waiting to be contacted by their third party contractor. Still, the process is straightforward. AHS sent out two techs and both of them were good. They did their jobs well and worked quickly. But then, the recommended replacement unit was on backorder. I called, set up appointment and the came on time, fixed my garage door opener. Simply the easiest process and results of any warrante company I've ever used. I was very pleased!
My problem was resolved quickly & efficiently. No hassles.
We've had people out four times for our plumbing. The original issue was that the toilets were getting broken. The last issue was some strange noises that the plumbing was making. They said that it might have been a pressure regulation valve and that they would have to call American Home Shield to figure out what to do. They've not been back.

I had an air conditioner quit working. I called it in with Home Shield and it was good with their rep. The contractor came out and he had parts on his truck. Home Shield was very easy to deal with.
