I'm very happy with American Home Shield. It’s convenient to not have to look in the phone or google a service provider to figure out who I'm gonna have come fix an issue. I feel secure being a single mom and not knowing how to do all this stuff. It's easy. I was having some problems with the garage door malfunctioning. It would open sometimes and sometimes, it wouldn't open. I placed a claim to American Home Shield. They sent a technician out. And that particular person was very good. The one they had sent prior to that, I didn't like their customer service. I'm with AHS for over 10 years, and I never had any bad experiences. first service requested in August no issues
They had prompt service and fixed problem.
My ice maker got jammed up and it wasn't producing. I called American Home Shield and they sent Service One Appliance. The tech from there said it would be a little while until they got a new part. They called us eventually and said they had the part and that they were coming out to our location. Service One did an excellent job. The tech was prompt and efficient. The ice maker has been working fine so far. I was satisfied with the way AHS and their contractor performed.
Scheduling was easy. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

I had some work done on my air conditioner and the process was fine. I called the automated line, put in what the prompt said then it gave me a phone number to reach out to a particular vendor. It also told me that I could use the online service thing to do that. But I prefer to talk personally, sometimes.
