My experience with American home shield has been OK, they have resolved some of my matters however not all. A few weeks ago I spent over an hour in the phone trying to resolve an issue and nobody was able to help me with applying a coupon code that I was told was going to be applied to my account
Saved me from costly repairs many times. Oven, HVAC unit, hot water heater, garbage disposal. Very satisfied.

With the exception of the occasional mis-match with a provider, we have been pleased with the response of American Home Shield. When we've encountered a rare problem, AHS has been responsive. We have had no problems with the professionalism of the AHS representatives.

the service we requested was very prompt (emergency heat), unfortunately our parts weren't so easy, but this was not the fault of the vendor or AHS. When the parts came in on a Friday mid-day, they went above and beyond and came out on Friday afternoon to restore our heat before the weekend! That's service and we appreciate it so much!
