Fast and reliable service and repairs.
I've used AHS several times. The contractors come out, do an assessment, give me their recommendation and fix what needs to be fixed. Recently, Myers Comfort came out for the air conditioning unit. It was blowing out hot air. Everything has been working pretty well since they came out. I'm very satisfied with AHS. They do a great job. I will continue to use them as long as I have my house.
American Home Shield is our second home warranty company. I talked to other people that have them and researched through other home warranty companies. When our hot water tank was leaking, they were very fast to get somebody out there, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed that same day. I was happy about it. They are very professional and respond to service requests within one day. When I have had an issue with a contractor they are quick to get involved to bring resolution to the problem.
I pay my premium- the coverage is easy to understand. I call, an experienced tech is sent. Things beyond repair are replaced. This is a huge peace of mind for me.

Each time I've used AHS I received fast, quality service
Colorado Residential Services came out for my dryer. They said that I'd get a call within 24 hours and I didn't, but I did get the notification. So, I called myself and the guy said that he would call me back, and he did. Then he scheduled to come out the next day or two. He was on time and quick.
