I was referred to one pool company that said they no longer work with AHS then I I was referred to upland Pool Supply to help us repair our pool filter. I was waiting for the repairman to show up and left my side gate unlocked. He came in took a couple of pictures of the filter and never communicated with me. I did not hear anything for over a week and I connected them. It took almost 2 weeks for them to get a new lid and gauge for our filter. They are a great warranty company, however they will not let you speak to upper level management.
