Followed through during repairs. Repairs were performed quickly. Took care of my gas furnace heating problem.

My water heater just gave out and I’d installed upstairs in a bedroom closet. AHS sent a technician to replace. Since it was upstairs the technician had to get authorization for out of scope work. That process took 3 days for approval. There was an additional charge due to the placement of the water heater and the was it was installed. The charge in my opinion was reasonable and justified I just wish it didn’t take 3 days for the approval process.

Had a issue with my garage and they had asinine contact me immediately with repairs complete 1 business day later.

When my a/c crapped out, a service tradesman came within two to three days. He determined that it couldn't be repaired, and the entire unit needed to be replaced. He order the unit, and in just a little more than a month, he came to my home and installed the entire unit. The tradesman and his assdistantwere thorough and professional. I had to hire a handy man to remove the door and door frame to the utility closet in order to remove the inside a/c unit and replace it.
