We had a problem, called American Home Shield. We paid a small deductible and the repair was over $8,500! It was handled so quickly. No wuestions, no problems. Very very grateful that we have this warranty! Will absolutely recommend to others!

The person that came out was wonderful. I disagree that I had to pay a deductible just for someone to twist a bolt on a pipe. There were no repairs needed. In cases like that. The deductible should be reimbursed or reduced.
