Called them about a problem and they told me right away who would be calling to fix it. The person came in a couple of days and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes.

they really worked to fix my washer but couldn't, we were offered replacement or new and told amount we had found what we wanted exactly and for less then price given then send paperwork back and get refund. win/win
