Last month, I called AHS regarding an issue with my hot water heater. The pilot light went out, and It needed to be re-lit. AHS promptly sent a technician to my home the same day, and he re-lit my hot water heater with no probblem. Thanks AHS.

It is easy to make a claim on line, but scheduling with the contractor lacks a sense of urgency. However, it could be that many service calls are delayed even with direct contact without the home warranty
