So far, they responded quickly with a knowledgeable technician who solved my problem. My only concern is , will they replace my quality appliances or fixtures with "Cheap Crap"? That is a concern!

When I call, the reps are professional and courteous. I usually receive service the following day.
The gentleman that came to my condo to check the water pressure in my restroom sink knew just what to do. He knew the problem straight away and he said "easy fix!" He was polite, kind, and very knowledgeable.
