My experience wasn't the best one. The plumber they sent over try to swindle me into an insurance claim, and told me that he was going to change my faucet but never did. At least he fixed my garbage disposal. I am still waiting for their appliance consultant to come and fix my appliances, it has been 3 weeks, hopefully I will hear something soon...
I rates timeliness, AHS assigned a services n the vendor on contacting me for a good well date.

Your service is so far excellent. Timely responses when I call for service and when there is an issue, it is resolved in an efficient matter. You set the bar high for other warranty companies. I had very poor service with the Warranty company I just got rid of.

They came through for me a few times. My refrigerator went out and they got me a new one. They fixed my oven twice. They fixed my dishwasher and garbage disposal. Only cost me a 100 dollars each time.
