Coustomer service people doesn't understand what you want or need. It feel they just repeat same thing over and over again rather then understand what exactly customers are saying. Like they just read a script.
O there than our last experience with plumbing, they hVe been relatively good for us.
It is very difficult to resolve contractor issues when they arise.

I like the service and being a homeowner of 1 there are some repairs I cannot do. The service sub-contractors that they have sent to my house has been excellent and very professional in the service I have received thus far. I give 4stars because everyone can stand to make improvements.

I'm not had the best experience with how a past request was handled. The most recent one I'm very happy with. They used a real quality heating and cooling service provider local to me. The electric was not local and was so Jen too big to fit in my crawl space. It was on me "to provide a path to allow the technician to work" I couldn't help him lose weight or cut a hole in my floor to fit him somewhere.
Customer service can be better when utilizing their 3rd party service.
