The agent who fixed my fridge was very knowledgeable and did a perfect job.Had someone else come before and the issue came back.

It is a flip of the coin. We have had some awesome companies do repair work for us although we have had 2 or 3 nightmares where work as shoddy and not completed.

Most of the contractors who come out are really best of breed. It is sometimes confusing to get the order placed for work.
