I have had to use the warrenty for 2 sump pumps, a refridgerator and a plumbing issue. I always had quick responses and the work was completed by very nice repair men who were skilled and efficient.

So far, they responded quickly with a knowledgeable technician who solved my problem. My only concern is , will they replace my quality appliances or fixtures with "Cheap Crap"? That is a concern!
