I did a claim online to American Home Shield and they notified me the same day. The following day, someone came in. It was for the garbage disposal. It had frozen and the technician got it working fast. He wasn't here more than 15 minutes and he did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. We've paid for 3 services from our "Systems Plan" and we've received a 5 star experience for our HVAC repair. We're waiting for an electric company to return our calls over 3 weeks, and we're working on the plumbing issues currently and have not resolved yet.
